You've been working at Bradleys Digital for half a year now, how does it feel?

It feels really great! My start at Bradleys was like jumping straight into the deep end and into a client project. The client is someone I’ve worked with before, which really speeds up the onboarding process. However, there’s still a lot of new things to learn in the project, and that’s only a very good thing. Every project and assignment is like a new puzzle that needs to be solved.

Starting at Bradleys was an incredibly pleasant experience. It's hard to imagine what could have gone better. The tools we have are excellent, and the amount of bureaucracy is kept to an absolute minimum, as you would expect from a small company. In fact, in my recent career moves, I’ve always shifted towards smaller employers.

Why did you join Bradleys?

Bradleys was already familiar to me, and I had worked with a Bradleys consultant years ago. The client was also someone I knew, and I got to jump straight into a long-term and interesting project that also has societal significance. All in all, the timing of this recruitment just couldn't have been more perfect!

You’re an experienced professional yourself. How do you think your experience shows in client assignments?

Experience shows through confidence and just the right amount of self-assurance. An experienced consultant knows how to ask the right questions, even if they don’t always get the right answers. In larger projects, a more experienced professional can more easily identify the real issues and anticipate them. Experience also means that the consultant doesn’t fear the client but can also demand certain things from them when necessary.

How do you spend your free time?

I enjoy spending time at home. I like playing instruments and tinkering with them. Additionally, I enjoy cycling, running, and various types of training, even just at home.
